Relaxation should be pleasant, and the time spent on holidays – peaceful and safe. Therefore, there are certain rules to follow in our accommodations. To avoid misunderstandings and disputes, by arriving at our place, you agree to abide by these rules.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Arrival at the cabins is from 16:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Only the persons listed in the reservation are allowed to stay. Additional guests are not permitted.
- Each guest is responsible for their own safety, health, and the safety of their personal belongings.
- The best music for relaxing in nature is nature’s own sound. To respect other visitors, loud parties, debates, or loud music are not allowed.
- Damaging the cabin buildings or equipment is prohibited. Furniture and other inventory must not be removed from the cabins. The person responsible for any damage will be held fully accountable.
- Trash must only be disposed of in the designated trash bins.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises for the comfort (allergies, fear) and safety of guests.
- Children under 18 may only stay on the premises under adult supervision, who is also responsible for their health and safety.
- When checking out, the rented equipment must be returned. The equipment must be returned in the same condition as received; otherwise, a fine may be applied. In case of losing the cabin key, a 5 EUR fine will be charged.
- Vehicles should only be parked in designated areas.
- Terrace rails and ropes are decorative boundaries – they must not be leaned on or sat on.
- Please avoid walking inside with shoes. High-heeled shoes are prohibited to avoid damaging the floor.
NO PLAYING WITH FIRE!
- It is strictly prohibited to light fire pits.
- After using the grill, it must be turned off, and leaving a burning grill unattended is prohibited. We would appreciate it if you leave the grill clean after use.
- It is prohibited to bring fire-sensitive materials or personal electric heaters and devices with open flames into the glamping units.
- The use of fireworks is prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is prohibited in the cabins and hot tubs. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, without disturbing other guests. Cigarette butts and matches must not be thrown on the ground; they should be placed in a metal ashtray. Throwing them into the river is also prohibited.
- If you spot a fire, guests must immediately call 112 and inform the administration at 22336654.
USE OF THE HOT TUB AND BATHING
- In the rivers and hot tubs, each guest is responsible for their own and their children’s health and safety. It is prohibited to sit on the hot tub lid.
- Glassware, bottles, food, and beverages are not allowed in the hot tub.
- After using the hot tub, the lid must be replaced, and the stove door must be closed.
- When using the SUP boards or boats, wearing a life vest is mandatory.
- Fishing is allowed only if the appropriate fishing permit is obtained. You can bring your personal water transport into the Daugava after prior approval.
EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS THIS, BUT STILL…
- It is strictly prohibited to stay under the influence of intoxicating substances on the premises.
- It is prohibited to bring and use weapons, drugs, and psychotropic substances on the premises.
